A free gentle yoga and relaxation class to help you stay fit and healthy. Suitable for beginners (please get in touch if you would like to discuss your ability level: firstname.lastname@example.org). Participants will follow movement instructions from Jagjit and modifications will be made to accommodate individual’s health needs and abilities.
Booking is essential as numbers are restricted.
This is an all ages group and no prior experience of yoga is needed. People go at their own pace and Jagjit will adapt the teaching to suit the individual needs of participants (e.g., if someone has back pain). Jagjit teaches very simple postures and breathing exercises. She is always looking forward to running the group and introducing yoga to new members.
