A free gentle yoga and relaxation class to help you stay fit and healthy. Suitable for beginners (please get in touch if you would like to discuss your ability level: email@example.com).
This is an all ages group and no prior experience of yoga is needed. Participants will follow movement instructions from Jade and modifications will be made to accommodate individual’s health needs and abilities. People can go at their own pace and Jade will adapt the teaching to suit the individual needs of participants (e.g., if someone has back pain). Jade teaches very simple postures and breathing exercises. She is always looking forward to running the group and introducing yoga to new members.
