Cross Point is a peer-led, self-help group for anyone experiencing loneliness, isolation or mental health difficulties. This is a safe space to find support in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy different gardening, arts and crafts activities.

Cross Point currently meets weekly at Daisy Street Neighbourhood Centre for a discussion/planning session and at Urban Roots allotments in Toryglen for a cuppa round the fire and some gentle gardening – all tools provided and no experience necessary.  You can take part in the gardening, have a walk round the woods or simply sit round the fire for a blether.  Refreshments provided!

This is a peer led group organised by Debbie and Kevin.
