Woodland Wellbeing Activities

Join us outdoors for a variety of woodland wellbeing workshops and rewild yourself in Glasgow’s beautiful green spaces. Activities will include a variety of bushcraft, foraging walks and campfire cooking.

Details:
- Venue: Meet at Toryglen Community Base, 179 Prospecthill Circus, Glasgow, G42 0LA, where we will then walk to Malls Mire Community Woodland. Paths in the woodland are wheelchair accessible and there is toilet access is in Toryglen Community Base.
- Time: Tuesdays between 10 am-12 pm or 1 pm – 3 pm (choose your dates and times below)
Guidelines and your safety
- Please don’t come to our activities if you are presenting symptoms of Covid-19 – self-isolate at home and book a test.
- Covid safety measures to be agreed at the start of each session.
- All sessions are outdoors so please dress for Scottish weather – warm, waterproof clothing, layers to help keep you warm and sturdy footwear – boots or wellies.
We can lend you waterproofs and/or wellies if you do not have your own. Please tell us in advance if you will need to borrow waterproofs/wellies, and what size, as this will save time on the day. Email lindsey@urbanroots.org.uk
