No-one can escape their own history in this dark tale of regret and revenge written and Directed by Fatima Uygun. Jeffrey is deeply concerned about his brother Stevie, a decorated and homeless gulf war veteran. After a chance meeting with an Iraqi refugee, Yasmin, Stevie’s behaviour becomes more worrying. Battling his own alcoholism, Jeffrey attempts to resolve things and get Stevie to face his demons. Yasmin is on her own in a new country, heavily pregnant and trying to overcome the horrors of her own past. Matters are brought to a head when all three finally come together in a dramatic climax.
