In this workshop the art collective Cut-Through will introduce a range of historical approaches that artists have taken to politicising their work. We will continue the discussion while exploring some practical techniques for making art with an emphasis on work that reflects or engages with social and political movements today. We will create slogans and turn them into musical performances, put together collages from radical archive material, and look at approaches to structuring and editing film.

Climate Fresk is a game of collective intelligence that discusses different issues around climate change and how they are connected. It’s fun, collaborative and scientifically thorough (IPCC-based). By the end of the 3 hour workshop, you will feel empowered to take meaningful action against climate change. Come and play!
