A celebration to close our three day ‘Indigenous Textiles: A Cultural Collaboration’ Exhibition, come along and experience the different cultures of Latin American indigenous dress as we move the exhibition in to our courtyard and welcome the people behind the exhibition pieces to come and tell us about the stories, practises and traditions behind the garments they wear. With talks, demonstrations and an opportunity to meet Indigenous Elders from across Latin America, the evening’s event is shaping up to be a lovely end to our COP26 programme.
As this is an outdoor event (covered), be sure to bring lots of layers to keep you warm. We will be serving a range of hot drinks and some warming food.
