Anti-racist Library pop-up & Zine Making at GZL
Glasgow Zine Library is a self-publishing library, archive and community space located in Govanhill. Come by the library during our open hours to check out our anti-racist pop up library and local wall display in our brand new space on Albert Road! There will be a curated selection of zines from our collection to read, as well as drop-in zine and badge making. There will also be free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cold drinks. Open to any zine making experience and family friendly.

Book Event: Vegetal Soul Launch
5th August 2023, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Rosie’s Disobedient Press is launching Hussein Mitha’s experimental, expansive and urgent pamphlet, ‘Vegetal Soul’. The launch will be accompanied by a responsive window display featuring woodcut and charcoal illustrations by Isobel Neviazsky.

Category Is Books is an independent LGBTQIA+ bookshop in the southside of Glasgow. This bookshop is a space to learn about, be inspired by and share in their love of queer books, history, art, activism, writing and storytelling. Come check out this wonderful bookshop!
