Creative Events At The Baths In July

Posted: 5th July 2012 By Alex Wilde

A packed second half of the month at the Baths starts with our 'Words and Music' night on Friday 13th July with poets Stephen Watt, Fiona Lindsay, Andy Fleming, comedian Graham Mackie and music by Dave Hughes. It all kicks off at 7.30pm and entry is by donation (suggested donation £3)

Then, on Sunday 15th at 6pm, we launch 'Space', a photography exhibition by Lisa Helen Craig and others. The launch is at 6-8pm and the exhibition runs until the end of the month.

Finally, on Monday 16th July there will be another 'Movie and Meal at the Baths' night, the movie is 'Land and Freedom' Ken Loach's drama about the Spanish Civil War, and the food is paella, cooked by Fatima Uygun. Advance booking is essential for this one email or call Jim on 0141 433 2999 to book a seat (£8/£6).
