Intro

Govanhill Baths Community Trust's goal is to re-open the baths as a Wellbeing Centre and at the same time contribute to the wider social, cultural and built regeneration of Govanhill as a community through a range of activities. The Centre will be run by the community for the community in association with a local voluntary and statutory partners. The Wellbeing Project will be completed in 3 phases and Phase 1 is currently underway. Read more about us

Central to achieving our goal is the support given by our Friends, and our Charity Shop is a crucial part of our campaign. The trust is managed by a Board of Directors local to the Baths and elected at the annual AGM.

The Centre for Community Practice supports all our work with research, development and enterprise and the Govanhill Baths Art and Generation team underpins all of our work at social and cultural level including our events.
